- 1. BANANA OATS COOKIE
Air fryer breakfast cookie before eating them, heat them up
for 10 seconds in the microwave. PERFECTION!
Ingredients
- 4 Bananas
½ peanut butter
2 cups of oats
3 Tbsp of chia seeds
3 Tbsp of cocoa powder
1 cup of chocolate chips
Directions
Mash bananas
1. Add all other ingredients o bowl and mix
2. Scoop mix into 4 balls in the air fryer and flatten each one
into a cookie shape
3. Bake for 350 Fahrenheit for 9 minutes.
And tadaaaaa!
2. APPLE CINNAMON OATMEAL MUFFINS
DRY INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups old – fashioned oats
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
WET INGREDIENTS
1 egg
1 egg white
¾ cup milk
2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup peeled and chopped apple
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Lightly spray muffin tin (24 cups) with cooking spray
3. Combine (dry ingredients) oats, brown sugar, baking powder
cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl and mix.
4. Set aside
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together (wet ingredients) egg,
egg white, vanilla, milk and applesauce until well combined.
6. Stir in the apples.
7. Add mixture to the muffin pan
8. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until lightly brown
