Bhagyashree Breaks Down Recalling Marriage Struggles with Himalay

Bhagyashree and her husband had recently participated in the Star Plus Show Smart Jodi and in one of the upcoming episodes, the actress will open up about how difficult it was for her to get married to Himalay.

With a mesmerizing beauty and a charming persona, Bhagyashree made her Bollywood debut with the super hit film Maine Pyaar Kiya. She then decided to take a break to focus on her family life. The actress tied the knot with actor Himalay Dassani in 1990.

The couple has participated in the Star Plus Show Smart Jodi. In the upcoming episode of the show, Bhagyashree and Himalay will perform the Varmala Ceremony and the actress will reveal how the couple got married.

Many people don’t know that Bhagyashree was facing Family objections in order to marry Himalay Dassani. The makers of the show released a promo where the actress says, “There was no one in the wedding except him. When I told my parents that I wanted to marry him, they did not agree to it. All parents have dreams for their children but the children also have dreams, choices and emotions of their own. And sometimes you should let them realize what they want in their lives. At the end of the day, it's their life that they need to live.”

She further stated that she didn’t elope and get married and still feels angry when media people pass comments on her married life.
