If you want
to give your skin a budget friendly treatment at home, we got you covered. Here
are some of the amazing and easily available kitchen options that can help in
fighting the skin problem as well as giving you a healthy skin at the same
time.
These DIY
masks are super fun and easy to prepare. So go girl and get that skin glow up.
1. Anti aging face mask
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons yogurt and aloe gel.
Mix it well
and apply it on the skin for 15-20 minutes. This will help in skin hydration
and helps in reduction of the fine lines and wrinkles.
Apply this twice a week for the best results.
2. Face mask to fight oily skin
Ingredients:
gram flour, turmeric powder, aloe gel and curd.
Do give this mixture a good stir and apply in evenly on the entire face for about 15min until it gets dried up. This mask helps in removing extra oil from the skin that causes germs and bacteria and leads to an acne prone skin. I would recommend this to people with oily skin and also people who are fighting with acne.
3. Acne control face mask
All you need is half a lemon and some sandalwood powder mixed with a pinch of turmeric powder. Mix all the three ingredients well and apply a thin layer on the skin. This will help in fighting the active acne and also helps in reduction of the old scars. Use it 3x a week and also one can use this on the spots and leave it overnight for the best results.
4. Mask for a healthy moisturized skin
Ingredients: curd, honey and few drops of virgin coconut
oil.
Mix all the ingredients together and let it sit on the face for 35 minutes and you will have a plumping fluffy smooth skin. This is best suited for people facing dry skin conditions.
5. Blackheads removal masks
You only need is an egg white and few drops of lemon. Apply a thick layer on the areas of your nose and chin and let it get dry for a good 20 minutes. Once it gets dries you can directly peel the layer off your skin. This mask is to give you best results if applied one a week regularly.
6. Exfoliation and firmness
You only
need two of the kitchen items that’s in every Indian kitchen, two tablespoon of
coffee and some coconut oil mix it well and gently rub it on the skin. This
helps in removing the extra oil from the pores and also exfoliate the skin,
helping in removal of dirt from the clogged pores. Do give your skin a massage
of good 5 minutes and then wash it off gently.
A pro tip, if you already have oily skin mix it with also gel or lemon this would not leave the oily effect on the skin afterwards.
Hope these
DIY works wonders for your skin and help you achieve that salon like glow ar
home at your own fingertips.
