in the phase of Motherhood which is a new phase for you! However, you
would have taken pictures with your hubby flaunting your baby bum during the
time of pregnancy but now is the time where you should take maximum pictures

5. Get back to your fitness routine
Every new
mom needs a few months to relax, heal and adjust to her new responsibility.
When your doctor advises you to exercise, begin light then slowly increase your
