EXCLUSIVE: Arshad Warsi reveals the name of three films of his that made him what he is today
Arshad Warsi
was last seen in Bachchchan Paandey. However, the film tanked at the box office
while the actor was appreciated for his performance.
The
multi-talented actor who has been a part of the industry for the last three
decades listed out three of his best films which were a turning point in his
career and reflect who he is today.
The actor
started his career as an assistant director to Mahesh Bhatt in Kaash ( 1987).
Warsi then choreographed the title song of Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja (1993)
before making his debut as an actor in the Amitabh Bachchan produced- Tere Mere
Sapne ( 1996)
He named
Munnabhai, Sehar, and Jolly LLB which did wonder in his career. Arshad played
the popular role of Circuit in the Munnabhai Series which was the best one in
his career.
The film
starring Sanjay Dutt was released in 2003. Its sequel Lage Raho Munnabhai was
released in the year 2006. In 2005, Sehar a crime drama was released where
Arshad played the role of a cop named SSP Ajay Kumar.
Meanwhile,
in the year 2013, Jolly LLB was released where he played a lawyer named Jagdish
Tyagi which was critically and commercially acclaimed.
