Sonu Sood calls Akshay Kumar starrer Prithviraj a special film

Sonu Sood is one of the most talked-about actors in Bollywood. He has made a niche for himself with his spectacular acting skills and won the hearts of millions with his social work during the COVID-19 lockdown. The actor who was seen in Jodha Akhbar is making headlines these days with some of the best and most interesting lineups of films which includes Prithviraj with Akshay Kumar, Manushi Chillar and Sanjay Dutt.

While in conversation in one of the interviews, Sonu had all praises for Prithviraj and called it a very unique and special experience. He will be playing the role of Chand Bardai. He said, he loves period films and it is a very different challenge and Chandraprakash Dwivedi is a brilliant guy. His knowledge of history and its execution is completely brilliant. Sonu also revealed about working with Chiranjeevi in Acharya. The movie will mark his first collaboration with the south superstar. Sonu stated that Acharya was shot in two phases one was during the pre-lockdown time and another was post lockdown.

The action sequences were changed following the immense popularity of Sonu’s Social Work during the lockdown. Sonu was even asked about the Ranveer Singh starrer Simmba 2 for which he said that he doesn’t have any clue. In Simmba, Sonu was seen playing the role of the lead antagonist in the Rohit Shetty directorial.
