Whether you're looking for a serene hill station or an adventurous getaway, there's something for everyone just a short drive from Delhi. Be prepared to travel just a few hours from the capital city to some of the most memorable places.

    1. BHARATPUR (220KM)


    Bharatpur, the ancient city, was formerly a highly fortified city constructed in the 1700s by Maharaja Suraj Mal. The area is regarded as the "Eastern Gateway to Rajasthan," and it is a popular tourist attraction. The existence of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary contributes to the popularity of the area.

    HOW TO REACH: Bharatpur is near the Rajasthan-Uttar Pradesh border. Take the Yamuna Expressway for about 4 hours to get to Bharatpur.
